Benvenuti in Mobitouch CUBE, il potente sistema di marketing di prossimità, progettato per ottimizzare la gestione del flusso di lavoro su grandi reti. Questa guida vi aiuterà nel processo delle imostazioni della tua prima campagna di marketing di prossimità.

Presumiamo abbiate acquistato un nuovo nodo da Waymedia e vogliate incominciare a provarlo.

Test di base

Congratulazioni! Il vostro sistema è operativo: basta collegarlo alla presa di corrente, accendere il Bluetooth (visibile a tutti) e riceverete una notifica. In ogni caso è possibile controllare lo stato operativo del WLP-C attraverso i suoi indicatori LED.

Network Configuration

Each node comes out-of-the-box with a default network configuration. All our systems are configured for automatically access the internet and get their configuration through a DHCP connection. If your network does not support DHCP you need to manually do the Network configuration process on your WLP-C.

N.B. If you want to restore the default network configuration all you have to do is to push, with a pencil, for more than 5 seconds the reset button placed close to the LED indicators

Log in to the system

Open your web browser and enter the URL cms.mobitouchcube.com into the navigation tool bar, you'll be prompted the login page. The first account to login is given by Waymedia; you can then add more users by yourself.

Node Activation

Node Activation is straightforward. Just type the code you received inside the WLP-C package into the Activation Page form.

Configure your node for first usage

Once you have activated your node you can start configuring and using it. Trough the link Configure your nodes contained in the home page or trough the menu Nodes and zones you can access a page dispalying a table that resumes your nodes situation. Double clicking on a node produce the selected node settings to be displayed, the main settings you have to be aware of are releted to the radio bluetooth, and are listed below:

• Bluetooth name, the name prompted on users mobile phones when contacted

• Black list time, the time the node will wait before contacting once again a device. The idea behind this feature is to put a mobile device into a blacklist after a success, reject, failure or notification message expiration occurred.

• Coverage Area (Scheduling min RSSI), the maximum range of the node. It can be, approximately, between 5 meters (short) and 40 meters (far)

To edit the above settings just click on Edit this node, change the parameters according to your needs and click on Save.

Set up your first campaign

To setup a campaign click on the menu bar item Campaign and than on the Create a new campaign entry. All you have to do is fulfill the following fields:

• Name, the name associated to the campaign
• Description, a mnemonic description that will help to recognize a campaign within the CMS
• Time schedule, the period of time you want the campaign to be executed
• Contents, the contents dispatched by the node during the campaign. To upload contents click on the Contents Repository entry of the Campaigns menu bar section

Check the nodes you want to be assigned to the campaign, click on Save changes and that's it.

If everything is working correctly you just need to create your first campaign
