From Mobitouch cube
The Mobitouch - CUBE platform stores in the data base the results obtained during the execution of every campaign in terms of: successes, failures, refusals and notification messages expirations.
Those datas can be accessed through CMS.
Legend
- Downloads: represents the number of the daily downloads.
- Unique Contacts: represents the number of phones unique contacted throughout the day.
- Unique Interacting: represents the number of phones that has interacted with the device, it's the sum between the unique accepted and unique refused.
- Unique accepted: is the unique number of phones that have agreed to download the content.
- Unique Refused: represents the number of phones that have refused to download the content.
- Unique unsupported: represents the number of phones with Bluetooth activated but not the OBEX protocol
- Total Refused: represents the number of refuse collected from all phones throughout the day,this is not unique. if a phone refuse twice it will increases the number of refused twice.
- Failures: represents the number of failures occurred during the transmission of content, it can happen if a user leaves the range of the WLP, or if the phone stops the transmission (eg shutdown).
- Notification expired: represents the number of times the users has not responded to the request for downloading content.

E: Expired
R: Rejected
F: Failed
X: No Contents Sent
N: Device doesn't support OBEX protocol
B: Sent (used for a bonus content)
